自动弯刀机工作原理：
自动弯刀机是用于电子、印刷包装行业所用的激光刀模生产的。
模切刀是高8mm——30mm、厚0.45mm——1.05mm的条状单刃刀片,常见规格为长1m的直刀或100m的盘刀,其平面图形等同于展开的加工件图形边界。数控弯刀机主要由数控系统、进给机构、旋转机构和弯刀嘴组成。弯刀嘴分为固
定模和转动模。在模切刀加工过程中,进给机构将刀片送进弯刀嘴固定模,固定模紧紧握住刀片,旋转机构驱动转动模将刀片精确地折弯,这样反复工作,完成预定形状。模切刀镶嵌在母板(木质或塑质、金属等)上,即为模切板。
